Trawer Transport Pionowy

We’re pleased to announce that TraWer has been appointed the exclusive distributor of our construction elevator call system

Our call system operates independently of the hoist’s control unit—it installs without interfering with the elevator’s electrical system, which helps avoid additional certifications and keeps compatibility broad. It uses radio communication with an effective range of approximately 400–800 meters, and can be extended with a signal repeater for complex sites.

Why an exclusive distributor?

A single, accountable partner shortens lead times and streamlines on-site support. TraWer is focused on vertical transport, has hands-on experience with construction hoists, and provides fast logistics for parts and service. Customers benefit from a simpler purchasing path and faster commissioning.

What the system is

An independent elevator call system for material/passenger hoists. It installs without touching the hoist control, acting as a separate device that tells the operator which floor to go to.
Power options: from the hoist’s available supply or a battery-powered version (reduces formalities).
Customisations: powering method and software logic can be tailored to your site requirements.

How it works (at a glance)

  1. Floor button – a worker calls the hoist.
  2. Controller – the display shows the floor and a “NEW” status. The operator accepts; the task is added to the queue.
  3. Order & priorities – single requests can be deleted; elapsed time is colour-coded (green/yellow/red). A pause mode is available (hold “←” and “→”). Low-battery alerts for buttons are indicated.
  4. Scalable – add/remove buttons and bells as the site evolves.

Key site benefits

  • Less idle time, more productive trips.

  • Safer traffic around work zones.

  • Better coordination via request queue and simple logging.

Installation & service

  • Commissioned without interfering with hoist control.

  • Power from hoist supply or battery version.

  • Operator training and after-sales support by TraWer.

FAQ

Does the system interfere with the hoist’s control?
No. It’s a separate unit that tells the operator which floor to go to.

Can it be combined with wired buttons/bells?
Yes. The controller is expandable, and devices can be added to or removed from memory.

What happens when a button’s battery is low?
The controller reports low-battery status; the operator acknowledges the message.

Can the operating logic (e.g., priorities) be changed?
Yes — software modifications are available on request.
