- Providing ordered services
- Handling the relevant accounting documents

- Through voluntarily provided data in forms entered into the operator’s systems.
- By storing cookies (so-called “cookies”) on end-user devices.
2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
- Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login credentials entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
- Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the operator with the key can read it, protecting the data in the event of database theft.
- User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function is one-way – it cannot be reversed, which is the modern standard for storing user passwords.
- The operator periodically changes administrative passwords.
- A key element of data protection is regularly updating all software used by the operator to process personal data, particularly software components.
3. Hosting
- The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: zenbox.pl.
- The hosting company keeps logs at the server level for technical reliability. Logs may include:
- Resources identified by a URL (requested resources – pages, files)
- Time of the request
- Time of the response
- Client station name – identification via the HTTP protocol
- Information on HTTP transaction errors
- The URL of the previously visited site (referer link) if the user entered via a link
- User browser information
- IP address information
- Diagnostic information regarding the process of independently ordering services via the site’s registrars
- Information regarding email communication directed to and from the operator.
4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Use
- In certain situations, the administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform a contract with you or to fulfill the obligations of the administrator. This applies to groups such as:
- Hosting companies under contract.
- Your personal data processed by the administrator will be retained no longer than necessary for the related actions as required by specific regulations (e.g., accounting). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

- Access to your personal data
- Rectification

- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary for the service.
- Automated decision-making, including profiling, may occur in connection with services provided under a contract or for direct marketing purposes.
Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined by data protection laws, meaning they are not sent outside the European Union.
5. Information in Forms
- The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if entered.
- The service may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
- The service may, in some cases, save information that helps link the data in a form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such cases, the email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
- Data provided in the form is processed for purposes resulting from the function of a particular form, such as handling a service request or a sales contact, or registering services. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.
6. Administrator Logs
- Information about user behavior on the site may be logged. These data are used to administer the service.
7. Important Marketing Techniques
- The operator uses statistical traffic analysis on the site via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The operator does not pass personal data to the service operator but only anonymized information. The service relies on cookies stored on the user’s device. Users can view and edit information derived from cookies related to Google’s ad network using the tool at: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
- The operator uses a tool for tracking user behavior by creating heat maps and recording user activity on the site. This information is anonymized before being sent to the service operator, so they are unaware of the specific individual to whom it relates. In particular, passwords and other personal data are not recorded.
- The operator uses an automated solution for the operation of the service concerning users, such as sending emails to users after visiting a specific subpage, provided the user has consented to receive commercial correspondence from the operator.
8. Information About Cookies
- The service uses cookies.
- Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, especially text files, that are stored on the service user’s device and are intended for use with the service’s web pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.
- The entity placing cookies on the service user’s device and gaining access to them is the operator of the service.
- Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- Maintaining the user session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not need to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the service.
- Achieving the purposes mentioned above in the section “Important Marketing Techniques.”
- The service uses two primary types of cookies: “session” cookies and “persistent” cookies. Session cookies are temporary files stored on the user’s device until they log out, leave the website, or close the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the user’s device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until the user deletes them.
- Web browsing software (web browser) typically allows cookies to be stored by default on the user’s device. Service users can modify these settings. The web browser allows deleting cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. Detailed information on this is provided in the help section or documentation of the web browser.
- Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the service’s website.
- Cookies placed on the user’s device may also be used by entities cooperating with the service operator, in particular: Google (Google Inc., USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA), and Twitter (Twitter Inc., USA).
9. Managing Cookies – How to Express and Withdraw Consent in Practice
